How long will it take for my order to reach me? 

Once payment is cleared, orders generally take between 2-4 business days to process. After your order is processed, it can take 2-3 weeks (USA) / 2-4 weeks (International) to arrive. For more information, visit our Shipping Policy page.

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to offer modifications, store credit, refunds or cancellations on any orders before they have been delivered to you except for some very specific situations. If you would like to see if you qualify for a refund before your order is shipped, please reach out to our email within 8 hours of the order being placed and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

I'm not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there's an issue?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. If more days have passed than those defined in the preceding sentence, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a credit, refund, or exchange. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

 I don't have a tracking number. How do I track my order?

After your order is processed and dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number provided so you can keep track of the delivery. You can track your parcel here after putting in your tracking number.

In the unlikely event that you didn't receive the tracking number, don't worry. It happens and we have you covered. Send us an email at support@nevore.com with your order # included and we will get back to you as soon as possible with your tracking information. 

Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from our world-class suppliers to your nearest fulfillment center (eg. USPS), which will then be delivered to your door or your local post office.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 8 hours. No refund will be given after the 8 hours of incorrect submission. 

How is the product quality?

Products are made from the highest of quality as we have a partnership with world-class manufacturers. We stand by our product quality that in the unlikely case you come across a faulty product, we are more than happy to replace your product, free of charge.
